Caution | Fuel supply pipes are under pressure Before loosening the fuel line connections, place a clean cloth around the connection. Then release pressure by carefully loosening the connection. |

| When removing and fitting the fuel gauge sender or the fuel pump (fuel supply unit), when the fuel tank is full, ensure the following: |

| Before commencing work, switch on exhaust extraction system and place an extraction hose close to the sender opening in the fuel tank to extract escaping fuel fumes. |

| If no exhaust extraction system is available, a radial fan (as long as motor is not in air flow) with a displacement greater than 15 m3/h can be used. |
| t
| Avoid skin contact with fuel, wear fuel-resistant gloves! |
