Removing and installing electrical radiator fan -V7- and radiator fan -2- -V177- t  Removing → Anchor t  Installing → Anchor t  Tightening torques → Anchor Removing

Engine code letters BJB, BKC, BXE, BXF –  Pull the oil dipstick -1- out of the guide tube. –  Lift the engine cover by the sides -arrows 2- and pull it out forwards -arrow 3-. –  Replace the oil dipstick in the guide tube.

Select engine identification letters BLS –  First remove the outer cover -1- and then the inner cover -2- upwards equally.

Continued for all vehicles –  Remove the air intake hose -arrow- between the lock carrier plate and the air filter housing.

–  Unscrew air duct at lock carrier -arrows-.

–  Unscrew the bolts on the upper radiator cowl of top exhaust manifold front-exhaust pipe -upper arrows-.

–  Remove central noise insulation -Attachment parts 1 ... 3-. –  Remove left-hand air duct hose.

–  Unplug connector -1-. –  Unscrew the lower securing bolts for the ventilator cowl -lower arrows- and remove the ventilator cowl downwards.

–  Unplug connector -1-. –  Uncover cables. –  Unscrew nuts -arrows- and remove fan. Installing Continue the installation in the reverse order of removal sequence, observing the following: –  Fit the supercharger air system hoses and observe the assembly instructions → Chapter. Tightening torques
