Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Torque wrench -SAT 8010-, see equivalent → Anchor.
   
t  Hose clamp -T20176-, see equivalent → Anchor
Removing
l  Gearbox removed.
  W00-2458
–  Mark the dual mass flywheel with respect to the engine.
–  Fit counter-hold -T20176- in the cylinder hole block and align flywheel.

To avoid possible damage to the flywheel for removal, the bolts -B- must not be loosened using a percussion or pneumatic screwdriver. Unscrewing the bolts must only be done by hand.
–  Rotate the dual mass flywheel -A- so that the bolts are aligned with the holes -arrows-.
–  Ensure when loosening the bolts that no bolt head presses on the flywheel, otherwise this will be damaged when the bolts is turned.
Fitting
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removing, when doing this note the following.
–  Use new bolts.
Tightening torque
  A30-0102
Component Nm
Flywheel to crankshaft60 + 90° → Note

1)  90º is equivalent to a quarter turn
