Work procedure
Work procedure
–  First check if there is an encoded radio device installed. If there is, consult the anti-theft encoding.
–  The motor is disassembled forward together with the transmission.
–  Disconnect the battery earth strap with the ignition off and disassemble the battery.
–  Uncover the guides of the positive battery terminal in the throttle and the alternator (they will be disassembled along with the group).
–  All of the cables loosened or cut during the disassembly of the engine must be replaced in the same location when the engine is assembled.
–  Drain coolant → Chapter.
   
–  Disassemble the air filter. Unscrew the bolts marked with arrows.
  Caution
The fuel advance conduit is under pressure. Before disconnecting the hoses, wrap a rag around the connection point. Then reduce pressure cautiously removing the hose.
–  Remove the fuel reflux conduit from the connection point with the front elastic shaft turret and the advance conduit in the fuel distributor.
–  Close the guides to prevent grime from entering the fuel line.
–  Disconnect the connection, coolant depression and vacuuming tubes from the engine.
–  Remove/disconnect all of the necessary electrical lines and leave them uncovered.
–  Disassemble the exhaust pipe in front → Chapter.
–  Unscrew the transmission shaft.
