–  Fit the toothed belt first → Chapter.
–  Then turn the crankshaft back slightly.
–  Remove the camshaft wheel. To loosen the bolt, fix the wheel of the camshaft with the dolly -3036-.
–  Remove the rear protection of the toothed belt.
–  Turn the inside part of the sealing ring extractor -U-10080- twice (approx. 3 mm) from the outside part and hold it with two bolts with nuts.
   
–  Grease the thread head of the sealing ring extractor and insert the extractor gently with a plastic hammer into the sealing ring. The bolt with nut should be at the left of the console, as indicated.
–  Screw in the extractor as far as possible by applying heavy pressure to the sealing ring.
–  Loosen the nut bolts and turn the inside towards the camshaft until the sealing ring can be removed.
