Coolant pump side
1 - Main drive toothed belt
q   Mark direction of rotation before removing
q   Check for wear
q   Do not kink
q   Toothed belt routing → Fig.
q   Removing, installing and tensioning → Chapter
2 - Coolant pump
q   Check for ease of movement
q   If damaged or leaking renew complete Only renew complete
q   removal and installation → Chapter
3 - 10 Nm
4 - Rear toothed belt guard
5 - Toothed belt guard - upper part
6 - Toothed belt guard - lower part
7 - Pulley
q   When installing note fixing arrangement
q   removal and installation → Chapter; Toothed belt: Removing, installing and tensioning
q   Removing and installing ribbed belt → Chapter
8 - tighten to 90 Nm + continue tightening 1/4 turn (90°)
q   Renew
q   Oil threads
q   Tightening can be done in several stages
q   the tightening angle can be measured using protractor -T20030-
9 - 12 Nm
q   Renew
10 - 20 Nm
11 - Crankshaft toothed belt- sprocket
q   Note position when installing toothed belt → Chapter
