When the engine turns at low speed, the vacuum in the intake manifold is not sufficient to guarantee perfect functioning of recirculation of the exhaust gases Therefore, after starting the engine, the throttle is closed until a speed of 2,200/rpm is reached, so as to increase the vacuum.
