Removing and installing reflector, vehicles ▸ 05.00
Removing and installing reflector, vehicles ► 05.00
Removing:
–  Remove turn signal → Chapter.
–  Remove radiator grille → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. Gr.66.
–  Remove headlight lens glass → Chapter.
  Note!
Do not touch reflector with bare hands. Always use a clean clove or fabric gloves when removing and installing.
   
–  Unclip reflector from inner adjustment spindle -arrow A-.
–  Push reflector outwards slightly and unclip reflector from outer adjustment spindle -arrow B-.
–  Remove headlight bulbs → Chapter.
Installing:
–  Install headlight bulbs → Chapter.

–  Clip reflector into adjustment spindles.
–  Remainder of installation is carried out in the reverse sequence.
–  Check headlight settings → Booklet10.1.
