Dismount/Installation (diesel and gasolene engines of 1.6 l with distinct letters of engine AEH)

  Note!
In TDI engines, remove the cables/flexible tubes of the intercooler towards the entry collector, to the turbocompressor and the upper radiator to the cylinder head.
–  Remove central and right sound insulation trays: → Body-external installation work; Rep. Gr.50
   
–  Separate the connector -1- and remove it from the support.
–  Release the connector -2- from terminal 50 and remove it.
–  Remove cable -3- from the magnetic commutator of terminal 30.
For installation, tighten the nut to 13 Nm.
–  Remove cables from the guide.
–  Remove the cable guide.

–  Remove the upper hexagonal screw -1- M12 × 180 mm.
For installation tighten the hexagon bolt to 65 Nm.
–  Remove the screws from the support of the power steering pressure tube and set it aside.
–  Remove the lower hexagonal screw -2- M12 × 180 mm.
For installation tighten the hexagon bolt to 65 Nm.
–  Lower the starter.
