Removing and installing reservoir for windscreen and headlight washer system
Removing and installing reservoir for windscreen and headlight washer system
Removing:
–  Remove front bumper → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. Gr.63.
Only vehicles 06.00 ►:
–  Remove left headlight → Chapter.
Continuation for all vehicles:
   
–  Pull cover -1- off reservoir for windscreen and headlight washer system.
–  Remove cover cap -2- from left headlight, if necessary.
–  Remove screw -3-.

–  Disconnect all connector -1- and open cable guide -2-.
–  If necessary, unclip hoses -3- from reservoir.
–  Separate hose connectors -4- at windscreen and rear window washer pump -V59- and headlight washer system pump -V11-.
  Note!
The elbow connections to the windscreen and rear window washer pump -V59- are colour-coded and must be assigned to the correct connections on the windscreen and rear window washer pump -V59- during assembly.
–  Drain any escaping fluid in a suitable container.

–  Remove securing bolts -arrows- and remove reservoir.
Installing:
Install in the reverse order of removal. When doing this, note the following:
–  Tighten threaded connections to specified torque settings → Chapter.
