The full clamp without insert -VAS 1978/1-, with the insert for the full clamp -VAS 1978/2-, is a component of the wiring harness repair kit -VAS 1978 B- and is used to close the pressure connectors in the repairs of wiring harnesses.

  Note
t  As an alternative you may also use the threaded clamp (basic body) -VAS 1978/1-2- in combination with the interchangeable heads -VAS 1978/1-1- or -VAS 1978/2A- → Chapter.
t  Make sure you use the correct cavity for the pressure connector used.
t  Do not put pressure on the isolating sheet of the wires.
