2 - Connecting pipe

  Caution
Pay attention that the bellows of the connection pipe is not bent or overstretched. There is a risk of crack formation.

4 - Gasket
q   replace
5 - Vacuum line
q   do not change bending form
q   Connection diagram for vacuum hoses → Chapter
6 - 9 Nm
7 - Gasket
q   replace
8 - Connecting pipe
q   To intake manifold
  Caution
Pay attention that the bellows of the connection pipe is not bent or overstretched. There is a risk of crack formation.

10 - Warm-type clamp, 4 Nm
11 - Radiator
q   for exhaust gas recirculation
q   with bypass flap
q   with integrated exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18- and with exhaust gas recirculation potentiometer -G212-
q   Check change-over → Chapter
q   removing and installing → Chapter
12 - 9 Nm
13 - Gasket
q   replace
14 - Gasket
q   replace
15 - Connecting pipe
q   from exhaust manifold
  Caution
