Removing and installing support for luggage compartment cover (Octavia Combi II)
Removing and installing support for luggage compartment cover (Octavia Combi II)
  Note
The following work procedure represents the removal and installation of the support for luggage compartment cover on the left side. On the left side, a mirror-image procedure is applied for removal /installation.
Removing:
   
–  Push the luggage compartment cover -2- in -direction of arrow- and upwards out of the vehicle.
–  Remove glove compartment -1-.
–  Remove trim panel from bottom of pillar D → Chapter.
–  Remove the bottom deflection fitting of the rear seat belt → Chapter.

–  Remove screw -4- (10 Nm) for fixing hooks -3-.
–  Release screws -1- (2 Nm).
–  Take out support for luggage compartment cover -2-.
–  Separate plug connection from luggage compartment light.
–  Pull the rear seat belt through the support for the luggage compartment cover -2-.
Installing:
–  Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
