Front Door Latch and Door Lock Actuator Assembly

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
2. Remove the front door trim.
3. Remove the sealing cover.
4. Remove the front inner remote.
5. Remove the two bolts and one nut to remove the guide rail.

6. Remove the three screws and one bolt.

7. Remove the front door latch assembly, and disconnect the connector.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque:

Door latch mounting screw 6.5 N.m (0.66 kgf.m, 4.8 ft.lb)

Door lock actuator mounting bolt 7.5 N.m (0.76 kgf.m, 5.5 ft.lb)

NOTE:  Make sure the door lock works properly after installation.
