CAUTION: When removing the DOJ from the rear differential, fit tire lever to the bolt as shown in figure so as not to damage the axle shaft
holder.
NOTE: The side spline shaft circlip comes out together with the shaft.
9. Secure rear drive shaft to rear crossmember using wire.
10. Remove oil seal with screwdriver.
11. Drive in a new side oil seal with ST.
CAUTION: Apply chassis grease between the oil seal lips.

12. Insert the DOJ into rear differential.
CAUTION: Before inserting, replace the circlip at the end of the spline shaft with a new one.
1. Install ST to rear differential.
