Tensioner Installation
15.
Install tensioner adjuster. Ensure adjuster is positioned completely to the right and tighten retaining bolts.
Idler And Tensioner Installation
16.
Install belt tensioner and tighten bolts to specifications.
17.
Install belt idler and tighten bolts to specifications.
18.
Using sprocket wrench, turn sprockets to position alignment marks at the top.
Timing Belt And Pulley Removal
19.
Install timing belt. Position timing belt with rotation arrows facing in correct direction and sprocket and belt alignment marks properly aligned.
20.
Install both idler pulleys. Tighten bolts to specifications.
