11. Remove left-hand belt cover No. 2.
12. Remove tensioner bracket.
13. Disconnect heater hose from water pump.
14. Remove water pump.
Water Pump Tightening Sequence
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
NOTES:

Replace gasket with a new one.

When installing water pump, tighten bolts in two stages in numerical sequence as shown to 10 Nm (7.2 ft. lbs.).
