Fuel Filler

Remove fuel filler cap.
3.
Remove screws holding packing in place.
Fuel Filler Pipe Protector
4.
Remove fuel filler pipe protector.
5.
Remove clip and seperate air vent hose from pipe.
#1 Fuel Filler Pipe Clamp - #2 Air Vent Pipe Clamp
6.
Loosen clamp and seperate filler hose from pipe. (#1 filler hose, #2 vent hose)
7.
Remove fuel filler pipe from underside of vehicle.
INSTALLATION
#1 Fuel Filler Pipe Clamp - #2 Air Vent Pipe Clamp
1.
Set saucer (#1) with rubber packing (#3), and insert fuel filler pipe into hole from inside fender apron.
2.
Align holes in filler pipe with holes in set cup (2) and tighten screws.
3.
Install fuel filler hose about 1" (28mm) over end of filler pipe and tighten clamp.
