Push tool handle toward front of vehicle only as required to release fulcrum tangs from spring loop. Refer to Figure #4.

While holding the torsion spring, lower the fulcrum and place fulcrum extension over the existing fulcrum. Refer to Figure #5.

Re-align fulcrum tangs with torsion spring loop and slowly release spring torque. Refer to Figure #4.
7.
Repeat procedure for opposite side.
8.
Installation complete.
