3. The following menu window will be displayed

4. At this screen, press the "Alt" + "Ctrl" + "C" Keys at the same time on the SDS
Toughbook.

6. Record the following information on the R.O.: Catalyst RH= ?.? and LH= ?.?, indexes, approximate vehicle speed used during test drive, and date the
data was recorded (RO date). This information may be required at the time of claim submission.
