Remove sleeve, then lock pin boot, Fig. 1.

Using a suitable screwdriver, remove boot ring and piston boot.

Using compressed air and a block of wood in caliper body, draw out piston from caliper body.

5.

Using a suitable screwdriver, remove piston seal taking care not to damage inner wall of cylinder.

6.

Remove guide pin boot from caliper body.

7.

Remove retainer and lever cap, then retaining spring from lever and spindle.

8.

Using puller 925471000 or equivalent, compress spring washer to eliminate load applied to lever and spindle, then pull out lever and spindle.

9.

Remove puller, then connecting link and return spring.

10.

Reverse procedure to install. Refer to Fig. 1 for torque specifications.
