    Refer to Fig. 17 during removal and installation of the instrument panel.

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove lefthand lower instrument panel trim cover.

2.

Remove lefthand lower side ventilation duct.

3.

Remove fuse panel retaining screws, then fuse panel.

4.

Remove righthand lower instrument panel trim cover, then center console box.

5.

Remove steering shaft assembly and instrument combination meter control wing as an assembly.

6.

Disconnect instrument panel electrical connectors.

7.

Remove instrument panel retaining screws, then instrument panel from vehicle.

8.

Reverse procedure to install.
