Canister Purge Solenoid: Description and Operation
PURPOSE
Controls canister purge operation.
LOCATION
At R.R. of water cross-over pipe.
OPERATION
When energized by the ECU, the canister purge control solenoid valve opens to apply manifold vacuum to the canister purge control valve,
permitting stored fuel vapors in the canister to be drawn into the intake system.
