CONDITION:
ESP light ON with DTC C1023 stored after the parking brake lever has been replaced.
CAUSE:
The parking brake lever bolts were removed and installed with an impact wrench. The shock created by the impact wrench will damage the internal
sensor of the yaw rate G sensor.
