17. When the Terms & Conditions are accepted and the Online Immobilizer Password Request page is loaded, begin filling in the information fields. All
fields are required to be filled in for security purposes. Requests are never to be made for any person, or vehicle, that is not present and being repaired at
an authorized Suzuki Dealer.
The information needed is:
> Technician (requester) First & Last name
> The requester's Title
> Dealer number (Dealer Code)
> Cable Serial # (found on the Immobilizer cable)
> VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
> Encrypted Pin (20 digit ID Code retrieved in steps 5 & 6 above)
18. Click "Continue"
19.The information will be computed and the Immobilizer password page will be displayed. Record both Password 1 and Password 2, then return to the
vehicle and SDT scan tool.
