Kizashi AWD L4-2.4L (2010)
Measure tappet bore of cylinder head inside diameter, and tappet outside diameter, and then determine cylinder head-to-tappet clearance. Replace
tappet or cylinder head if clearance exceeds limit.
Cylinder head to tappet clearance
Standard: 0.025 - 0.066 mm (0.0010 - 0.0025 in.)
Limit: 0.10 mm (0.0039 in.)
Tappet outside diameter
Standard: 32.459 - 32.475 mm (1.2780 - 1.2785 in.)
Cylinder head tappet bore
Standard: 32.500 - 32.525 mm (1.2796 - 1.2805 in.)
