Ignition Coil: Service and Repair
Ignition Coil Assembly Removal and Installation
Removal
1. Disconnect negative (-) cable from battery.
2. Remove engine cover.
3. Disconnect ignition coil connector (1).
4. Remove ignition coil assembly (2).
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following.

Tighten ignition coil bolt to specified torque.
Tightening torque
Ignition coil bolt: 11 N.m (1.1 kg-m, 8.5 lbf-ft)
