Check that webbing is not damaged.
Retractor

Retractor should lock webbing when pulled quickly.

Retractor should lock webbing when tilted forward and backward, and leftward and rightward.
Belt latch

Lock should be released by pressing release button (3) when tongue plate (2) is latched to buckle (1).
