Removal
WARNING:
Pay attention to following points when compressing coil spring, you may get injured.

Attach spring compressor to coil spring securely.

Do not use impact wrench to compress coil spring.

When using a commercially available spring compressor, follow the operation procedure described in the instruction manual supplied
with that spring compressor.
1) Hoist vehicle and remove rear wheel.
2) Remove rear fender lining.
3) Attach special tool to coil spring (1) as shown.
Turn special tool bolts alternately until coil spring (1) tension does not work any more. Rotate coil spring (1) around its axis to confirm that lower
arm and body are free of spring tension.

(A): 09943-25010
4) Remove rear shock absorber support bolt (2), rear shock absorber lower bolt (3) and washer (4).
5) Remove rear shock absorber (5).
