Rear Drive Shaft Disassembly and Reassembly
Disassembly
Refer to Front Drive Shaft Disassembly and Reassembly: Front noting the following points different from the ones described for front drive shaft:

Remove wheel side boot big band (1) as follows:
1) Use nose pliers to disengage hook and remove band.
NOTE:
Use nippers to cut the boot band if it is a welded type. Be careful not to damage the boot while cutting the band.
Reassembly
Refer to Front Drive Shaft Disassembly and Reassembly: Front note the following points which are different from the ones described for front drive
shaft:

Apply grease to wheel side joint.
