1.
Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove monitor coupler bracket.
2.
Disconnect yellow coupler from RWAL relay, then remove RWAL relay from its bracket.
3.
Check resistance between terminals A and B, then terminals C and D, Fig. 19.
4.
Resistance between terminals A and B should be infinity.
5.
Resistance between terminals C and D should be 90-110 ohms.
6.
If resistance is as specified, proceed to step 7. If resistance is not as specified, replace relay.
7.
Check that there is continuity between terminals A and B when battery is connected to terminals C and D, Fig. 20.
8.
Replace relay if not as specified.
