Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber: Service and Repair
Rear Shock Absorber

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Using suitable jack, support rear axle housing to prevent it from lowering.
3. Remove upper and lower attaching bolt/nut, Fig. 2, then remove shock absorber.
4. Reverse procedure to install, torquing bolt/nut to specifications.
