Once the plastic release button is installed on the button guides, push the release button in and attach the button spring onto the latch peg using the
pocket blade screwdriver as shown.

After the plastic release button and button spring are installed, double check that all springs are properly installed. Insert the tongue plate into the
buckle 3 or 4 times and yank on it each time to make sure it is operational. If it fails at any time1 replace the entire buckle assembly as a unit. Go
to BUCKLE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT.
