Caution ECM cannot be checked by itself. Do not connect a voltmeter or ohmmeter to ECM with couplers disconnected from it.
1.
Remove ECM from body, then connect ECM coupler to ECM.
2.
Check voltage at each terminal of couplers connected, referring to images above to determine if voltage reading is satisfactory.
Note: As each terminal is affected by the battery voltage, confirm that it is 11V or more when ignition switch is turned ON.
