Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Description and Operation
EVAPORATOR THERMISTER
A thermister is a temperature sensor to sense the temperature of air discharge from evaporator.The electrical characteristic is shown left.
When temeprature is lower than specified,amplifier makes magnetic clutch turn off to prevent evaporator from frosting.
