6. Remove housing and using scale on gagine plastic envelope, measure gaging plastic width at its widest point.
If measured camshaft journal clearance exceeds limit, measure journal (housing) bore and outside diameter of camshaft journal. Replace camshaft
or cylinder head assembly whichever the difference from specification is greater.
INSTALLATION
1. Apply engine oil to rocker arm shaft and rocker arms.
2. Check O-ring for damage or deterioration. Install O-ring to rocker arm shaft.
