seal. Remove this lock pin after installing contact coil and combination switch assembly to steering column.
4. Check that front tires are at straight-ahead position and contact coil is centered.
CAUTION: These two conditions are prerequisite for installation of steering wheel. If steering wheel has been installed without these conditions,
contact coil will break when steering wheel is turned.
5. Connect contact coil and combination switch connectors other than yellow connector and tighten its wire harness with bands and clamp.
6. Install knee protector, steering column lower cover and then hole cover.
7. Install steering wheel to its shaft referring to Steering and Suspension.
8. Connect battery negative cable.
9. Enable air bag system. Refer to Restraint Systems.
