1. Check that none of following faulty conditions exists.

Bend, scratch, deformity in SDM bracket

Foreign matter or rust on mating surface of SDM bracket with SDM
-
Loosened SDM bracket bolts
NOTE: When retightening, check that bolt thread is free from corrosion and rust. If any, replace.
2. Install SDM bracket to vehicle.
