8. While supporting rear axle (1) at both ends remove rear axle bolts and then remove rear axle from chassis by lowering floor jack gradually.
9. Remove brake pipes from rear axle, if necessary.

10. Remove rubber edge covers (2) (if equipped) from rear axle (1), if necessary.
