7. Connect terminal "As" and terminal "B3" by a jumper wire. Then connect terminal "B3" end to terminal "E".
Observe the voltmeter voltage drops to 0V right after connecting the jumper wire from terminal "B3" to "E". Then the voltage rises to battery
voltage (10 - 14 V) within the time shown in the table.
