Steering Gear Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the rack and pinion outer tie rods from the steering knuckles.
2. Remove the intermediate steering shaft lower bolt.
3. Place drain pans under the vehicle as needed.
4. Remove the transaxle mount bolt (1).
5. Remove the transaxle mount bolts (1) an d position the transaxle mount aside.
