Replace MIG welded door hinge
In current body assembly production, vehicles are built with MIG
welded door hinges (I). In these vehicles the operations "Replace
front door hinge" and "Replace rear door hinge" should proceed as
follows:

Grind off and remove the MIG weld (II) completely (IV)
|
| 2. |
Execute a new welded seam with MAG (CO2) (III)
Note: An MIG weld can
be recognised by its copper colour
