Rear Quarter Panel, Replace – Model F 08
Note: Curtain airbag
– see operation "Curtain Airbag Unit, Remove and Install
(Model F 48, F08)" in group "C".

 Remove
Attaching parts. Separate rear quarter panel. Section (1) offers
optimum access for corrosion protection work. If possible, perform
a cut in this area. Note size of new part!

Install
|
Prepare rear quarter panel. Apply spot weld paint. Apply
weldable adhesive in area of wheel housing – see section
"Body Repairs with Adhesives and Welding". Weld in rear quarter
panel.
Seal body seams, seal cavities. Apply underseal. Curtain airbag
unit, attaching parts.
