(Additional operation to Rear Quarter Panel, Replace, Rear End
Panel – Lower, Replace Completely).
Note: The Service department continues to supply large lengths
of floor sheet metal. For smaller damage, shorter sections of the
floor sheet metal can be repaired. For body structural reasons,
partial replacement must always cover the entire width of the
floor.
 Remove
Attaching parts. Cut rear floor according to specifications.
Drill out spare wheel well.
Install
Fit rear floor panel. Prepare flange. Apply spot weld paint.
Weld in new part.
Seal body seams, seal cavities. Apply underseal. Attaching
parts.
