Seat Belt Tensioner, Remove and Install
Caution
Disconnect battery and wait 1 minute until the capacitor has
discharged.
 Remove

Remove front seat – see operation "Front Seat, Remove and
Install". Release and separate seat belt tensioner wiring harness
plug (1).
Remove seat belt tensioner.
Install
Install seat belt tensioner. Connect wiring harness for seat
belt tensioner. For seat belt tensioner cable routing – see
"Cable Routing, Front Seat". Install front seat. Connect
battery.
Torque

All front seats except OPC sports seats:

35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft.
|

OPC sports seat:
|
40 Nm / 29.5 lbf. ft.

Caution
Seat belt tensioner to seat fastening screw must be fitted with
screw locking compound.
Torque
Seat belt tensioner to front seat – 35 Nm / 26 lbf.
