Subject:

Noise \ Vibration from heater

Vehicles affected:

Astra-G

Condition:

The Warranty Material Return Centre is receiving a number of heater blowers, that have been returned for noise \ vibration problems, where no fault can be found.

Remedy:

It is believed that some of the heater blowers may have had foreign material in the blower unit, which subsequently fell out during transportation. Other blowers have still had foreign material in situ when tested.

Find overleaf a check-list for blower noise / vibration.
