Disconnect ground cable from battery.

Detach wiring harness plug for fan motor (3).

Detach fan housing (1) from radiator and remove upwards.

Remove fastening bolt (2) and remove wiring harness plug with series resistor – lay cable bundle out of the way.

Remove fastening bolts (1) – remove fan motor from fan housing.

Remove fastening bolts (2) – remove fan pulley from fan motor.

  Install

Attach fan to fan motor.

Attach fan motor to fan housing.

Attach wiring harness plug with series resistor to fan housing – clip wiring harness to fan housing.

Attach fan housing to radiator – tightening torque 5 Nm / 4 lbf. ft.

Connect wiring harness plug for fan motor.

Connect ground cable to battery.
