ABS MK60 ESP > < Wheel Brake Cylinder, Remove and Install

Vacuum Line – Brake Servo, Remove and Install and / or Non-return Valve, Replace

  Remove

1.   Withdraw vacuum line with elbow (1) from brake servo
2.   Detach snap fastening (2) for vacuum line from front intake manifold (for vehicles with petrol engine) or from vacuum pump (for vehicles with diesel engine)
•   Detach snap fastening by pressing in the latch (arrow)
3.   Remove vacuum line

  Install

4.   Cut open vacuum line at connections (1) and (2) and remove from connectors
5.   Cut new vacuum line (rubber hose with textile inlay) to length and fit with new clamps and KM-J-22610
Note:   Ensure that the arrow (3) on the non-return valve points in the direction of the intake manifold or vacuum pump.
6.   Press vacuum pressure lines with elbow into brake servo
7.   Engage vacuum line snap fastening onto connector of intake manifold or vacuum pump
Note:   Ensure that all the connections are perfectly sealed.
