Replace transmission housing (F13/F13 MTA)
Overview of Transmission Housing 
 Remove

Attach transmission to KM-6115
(2)
|
| 3. |
Attach transmission to KM-113-2 (1)
using KM-6115
|
|
| 4. |
Remove left engine damping block bracket
|
| 5. |
Put transmission into neutral
|
| 6. |
Remove gearbox cover (2)
Note: For F13 only.

| 7. |
Remove gearshift module
Note: For F13 MTA
only.
|
| 8. |
Unscrew reversing lamps switch (1)
Note: For F13 only.
|
| 9. |
Remove end shield cover (4)
|
| 10. |
Remove end shield (3)
|
|
|
|
| 13. |
Remove central release (5)
|
| 14. |
Remove pressure line (4) and pressure line fixing sleeve (3)
|
| 15. |
Remove bearing for main (2) and drive shaft (1) from
transmission housing
|
|
| 16. |
Remove 2x axle shaft seal ring
|
| 17. |
Remove transmission housing form KM-6115
|
Install
| 18. |
Attach new transmission housing to KM-6115
|
|
| 19. |
Install bearings for main (2) and drive shaft (1)
|
| 21. |
Install pressure line (4) and fixing sleeve pressure line (3)
|
| 22. |
Install central release (5)
|
|
| 23. |
Attach KM-6155 to transmission.
|
| 24. |
Install end shield (3)
Note: Note magnet.
|
| 25. |
Attach end shield cover (4)
|
| 26. |
Install gearbox cover (2)
Note: For F13 only.
|
| 27. |
Install gearshift module
Note: For F13 MTA
only.

| 28. |
Fit reversing lamp switch (1)
Note: For F13 only.

Tighten reversing lamp switch 20
Nm
Note: Use new seal
ring.

Install 2x axle shaft seal ring
|
| 30. |
Install left engine damping block
|
|
| 31. |
Detach transmission from KM-113-2 (1)
using KM-6115 (2)
|
| 32. |
Detach transmission from KM-6115
|
|
