in these tables are being gradually inserted into the Technical Data sections
of the Service Instructions.
Legend:
* Always use new bolts.
1) Tighten in four stages - 25 Nm +60° +60° +60°. On 16D and 16DA, turn a
further +45° after 1,000 km/600 miles.
2) Tighten in four stages - 25 Nm +60° +60° +30°. After test run, turn a further
30°.
3) Tighten in four stages - 25 Nm +60° +60° +60°. After test run, turn a further
30°.
4) After test run, turn a further 30 to 40°.
5) Tighten in four stages - 25 Nm +65° +65° +65°. After test run, turn a further
30 to 45°.
6) After 10 minutes, turn a further 30 to 40°
7) Bolt (thread length 15 mm)
